That’s when she enrolled in Family Care, Wisconsin's long-term services and supports managed care program, and her journey toward learning how to be independent began. In fact, just recently she made the decision to disenroll from Family Care because she's met her goals! In this episode you'll learn how Andrea did it, with a little help from some friends.
